Cubs vs. White Sox

In May, Kirby and I went to a Cubs Vs. White Sox game at Wrigley Field which was fun.  When I lived in Chicago full time I would go to Cubs games all the time as the field was within walking distance to where I lived.  However now that we are not there full time we only make it to a couple games a year.  The Cubs lost that night but we had fun anyway.  It was a night game and a lovely night for a baseball game.  At the game they honored some service people who had been overseas fighting for our country which was a nice tribute to be at.  No matter where I live, I will always be a Cubs fan at heart.  GO CUBS!!!

Nashville, 2012

Back in the first part of May, Kirby and I headed south to visit the Fitch Family in Nashville, TN.  We had a great time with them.  We got to go to a lot of the kids activities including seeing Ty play baseball and Alli play soccer.  We also headed to a lovely old historical home that had great gardens which we walked around in.  We had a fun filled weekend with the Fitch Family and can't wait to go see them again soon.  Please enjoy the pictures from our weekend in Nashville, TN.
